US Lacrosse Membership is mandatory in order to play for NFYL. It provides liability insurance for our teams and no player will be allowed to participate in practice, games, clinics or tournaments without a valid US Lacrosse membership through August 2023 for Season Registration. The Season registration fees shown above do not include the US Lacrosse membership fee of $30.00. After you register with NFYL you will be prompted to the US Lacrosse page for membership.

New Player:
Select the program for your player.
On the Login window, enter your email address. The system will email you a temporary password which you can later change if you choose.
Using your temp password, login and begin registration.
Enroll yourself first as an adult for your family profile. Please consider entering two adults as part of your family profile. This is especially important for emergency contacts. Your family profile is good indefinitely. You can make changes to your family profile in the 'Edit My Account' on the left hand menu of our NFYL Home page once your registration is in.
Every player must have at least one phone number listed as "roster". This is for team or clinic communication only. No phone numbers will ever be listed as "public" unless you are a Board member or Head Coach.
As NEW to lacrosse, your child will not have a US Lacrosse membership already. Your US lax membership application will be completed here. You will need yourinsurancecarrier's name and policy # to complete this portion. You will be asked to read and agree to a US Lacrosse membership agreement and Code of Conduct. If you register more than one child, each child will have their own membership number valid for one year. A membership card will be sent to you via regular mail, but you will receive an email confirmation with your new number and expiration date once it is received by US Lacrosse. Keep that email as proof of your membership.

CONNY Code of Conduct & NFYL Liability Waiver agreements are required.
A player's registration is not complete until your VISA or Mastercard payment is received.Entering your family profile into the NFYL online system does not constitute a complete registration. Payment must be received.

RETURNING player:
Select the program for your player.
On the Login window, enter your NFYL password from last year, otherwise it will be emailed to you. After login (and if your e-mail is the one we have loaded in the NFYL database) you will be recognized as a returning family. From the Family Profile window, proceed to register your returning player as well as add any new players, if applicable. Please review the details of your profile, i.e, phone numbers, email addresses etc. and make any changes as necessary. You can make changes to your family profile in the 'Edit My Account' on the left hand menu of our NFYL Home page once your registration is in. Your US Lacrosse Membership can be renewed along with your NFYLregistration.Player's name and birthdate is used to retrieve number. You will need your insurance carrier name & policy #. You will be asked to agree to the US Lacrosse Membership Agreement & Code of Conduct.
